From a young age, I've been fortunate to dabble in most sports.  Until the age of 23, I competed for my Country (Wales) in gymnastics.  I think this is where my desire to try things out probably started.  I began skiing at the age of three, later to find my passion for snowboarding.  I love the genius, who invented splitboards; the ultimate way to do my favourite thing and explore the backcountry.  Living and working in Val d'isere is the ultimate dream of being able to get in the mountains every day; winter powder missions and summer climbing, mountain biking and trail running.  If it's outside it's good with me.

My love for adventure and sport fuels my love for my job as a physio; I want everyone to be able to live life to the max and feel their body is up to the demands to fulfill their adventures and overcome the injuries that can be associated with that.  I am extremely lucky to work with various ski and snowboard teams on the world cup and Olympic circuits; I am definitely to bring the energy and passion to be a part of the My Wicked Dude Team, Our Tribe grows every day and we want everyone of you to be a part of our team, so join us, join our tribe.
