By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Skyfall Outdoor Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Liability Waiver: By participating in the event, you acknowledge that you understand and assume all risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to the 5K run, wellness activities, and skydiving displays. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless My Wicked Dude, Skydive City, their affiliates, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your participation in the event.
Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to participate in the event. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating. Medical support will be available on-site, but My Wicked Dude is not responsible for any medical emergencies or conditions that may arise.
Photo and Video Release: By attending the event, you consent to the recording, photographing, and videoing of yourself and your likeness, and you grant My Wicked Dude the right to use any such recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.
Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. My Wicked Dude reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the event.
Event Changes: The event schedule and activities are subject to change. My Wicked Dude will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any significant changes.
