REGISTRATION & SETUP INFORMATION
Timely Registration:
The vendor fee for Sky Fall is $250. To ensure proper planning, Vendor Registrations are accepted through October 1st.

Booth Setup and Requirements:
Each vendor booth receives 2 vendor passes. Any additional staff will need to purchase general admission tickets. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents/canopies, tables, chairs, and any other necessary supplies for their booth.

Electrical Hookup:
Access to electrical hookup is available and must be requested at the time of registration. Hookups are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee availability without prior arrangement.

Arrival and Setup Time:
All vendors must arrive by 8:00 AM on October 26th and be fully set up by 9:30 AM. Vendors arriving late or not set up by this time may forfeit their space and future participation in events.
Health and Safety Protocols:
Vendors must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers, including any COVID-19 protocols that may be in place. This includes maintaining cleanliness within your booth area and following all food safety regulations if applicable.

Event Conduct:
All vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This includes interacting respectfully with event attendees, other vendors, and event staff. Vendors must ensure that their booth operations do not interfere with neighboring booths or the overall flow of the event.
Breakdown and Cleanup:
Vendors may begin teardown no earlier than 4:30 PM and must be cleared from the site by 6:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for dismantling their booths in a timely manner. All materials, trash, and debris must be removed from the site, leaving your area as you found it. Failure to clean up may result in additional charges or impact future participation.
Insurance, Licenses & Permits:
Vendors should have liability insurance coverage for their booth and activities. Vendors are expected to comply with all local regulations and obtain any necessary permits or licenses required to operate. Please have these available on-site for inspection if necessary. All food vendors must submit necessary health permits by October 17th, 2024. Ensure all certifications are current and comply with local regulations.
Communication:
Vendors are encouraged to maintain open communication with the event coordinator throughout the planning process. Any changes or special requests should be communicated as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
